We will cultivate personal tranquility along with moments of shared silence and play. Each day will begin with mindful movement of body with breath followed by contemplative meditation. We’ll use the practice of shodo, close observation, sacred geometry, playful practices using both sides of the brain, unusual tools used in unusual ways, to expand our vision and intention. Guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra meditation will be offered at the close of each evening.

Most of all we’ll emerge resilient from our time together, replenished with deeper self-awareness and truer images from the inside out.
