Your group's rooms are all conveniently located within the same Treehaus unit to ensure you stay together. $100 per person per night for meals and amenities will be added post-booking.

The Accessible Treehaus includes a kitchenette and living space on the first floor, as well as two accessible guest suites. All suites feature a queen bed and private bathroom.

Are the rooms pet-friendly?
Yes, dogs are welcome in select designated rooms for an additional fee, but no other types of pets are permitted. Please contact us prior to your stay to confirm the availability of a dog-friendly unit.
Is there complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?
Yes, all lodging units are equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating systems.
Are cribs or rollaway beds available?
No, we do not offer cribs or rollaway beds. The property is designed for adults and teenagers ages 16 and up, with exceptions only for infants under 18 months.
Do you offer housekeeping daily?
No, daily housekeeping is not provided automatically to preserve guest privacy and a peaceful retreat environment. Additional service, including fresh linens, towels, or trash removal, is available upon request by contacting the retreat team.
Does the room rate include all mandatory fees?
No additional mandatory resort or facility fees are added beyond room rate and tax. Optional incidentals, retail items, or bar purchases made during your stay will be charged to your final folio at check-out.

Upgraded room categories offer increased square footage, enhanced structural layouts, and superior privacy. While all rooms include access to meals, classes, and the sauna, higher tiers provide an elevated environment for an optimal, slow-paced retreat.
What bed configurations are available?
Accommodations feature twin, queen, or king bed configurations, with select units adding a queen sofa bed. We also feature unique four-bedroom TreeHauses with private bathrooms and a shared communal living space, which are ideal for groups. Specific bed configurations are based on the room type reserved and availability at the time of booking. Please contact us directly if you would like help choosing the best room setup for your stay.
What is the maximum occupancy?
Rice Pods accommodate up to 2 guests with either two twin beds or one queen bed. Nests sleep up to 4 guests using one king bed and a double sleeper sofa, while individual TreeHaus rooms accommodate up to 2 guests. Please review the individual room description when booking, or contact us directly if you need help selecting the best room for your party size.
What amenities are included in the room?
All rooms feature high-end comforts designed for rest, while intentionally excluding televisions and phones to minimize distractions. Amenities vary by room tier, with higher categories unlocking full kitchens, private living rooms, and working fireplaces.
