Class description

Join Tanya in a soul-filling retreat in nature that will inspire you with tools for creating sustainability in your life, work and relationship to self and others.

We’ll explore your Vital Essences – vitality, mojo, and resilience - in this amazing getaway from the constant turn of life set in the majestic beauty of the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

Each day will be devoted to one of the Vital Essences with both an introduction at the beginning, and a culmination at the end.

With Tanya’s long-time background as an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Energy Work practitioner and educator, she will bring in all sorts of sweet, sacred rituals and mindful practices rooted in nourishing wisdom traditions that support our study, growth, and health.

We will practice yoga, meditation, chanting, and yoga nidra daily, with a mix of supporting workshops that will bring together creativity, coaching, group-work, and service. Come fill your cup, grow your light and shine!

BONUS! The wonderful kitchen at Wild Rice Retreat will pair up our meals daily with Ayurvedic Vital Essences for a well-rounded way to enjoy the teachings!

This retreat is an opportunity to connect with:

  • Yoga and Ayurvedic Tools for self-care, nourishment, and reflection
  • Nature as a means for balance, intuition and well being
  • The Shakti (energy/power) of community for support and fun

We also will have plenty of time in between our practices for you to chill out in nature, explore the local art scene in the Bayfield area, or take a day trip on the ferry over to nearby Madeline Island.

Three things retreat guests will walk away with upon retreat completion:

  • Continuing Education Credits (CEs) for RYTs & C-IAYTs: 18
  • Gift from Instructor
  • PDF of tools and practices we covered in the retreat to nature a radiant life!
