Join Tanya in a soul-filling retreat in nature that will inspire you with tools for creating peace, restoration and manifestation in your new year to come. Let the old year go and begin fresh with the tools you will learn during your retreat.
We’ll explore restorative yoga practices, meditation, chanting and manifestation techniques in this amazing getaway from the constant turn of life set in the majestic beauty of the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
With Tanya’s long-time background as an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Energy Work practitioner and educator, she will bring in all sorts of sweet, sacred rituals and mindful practices rooted in nourishing wisdom traditions that support our study, growth, and health.
We will practice yoga, meditation, chanting, and yoga nidra daily, with a mix of supporting workshops that will bring together creativity, coaching, group-work, and service. Come fill your cup, grow your light and shine!
BONUS! The wonderful kitchen at Wild Rice Retreat will pair up our meals daily with Ayurvedic Vital Essences for a well-rounded way to enjoy the teachings!

Tanya Boigenzahn

Devoted to sharing the gifts of yoga, wellness and well-being with clarity, fun, ease, and joy, Tanya is a long-time daily practitioner and teacher dedicated to the constant evolution of her own soul. She mentors students from all walks of life to living in light and reaching their fullest potential. Her background is diverse with including a rich study of Hatha Yoga, Tantra, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal, and more. She is also the Owner/Director of Devanadi Yoga & Thai Yoga Bodywork, LLC in Minneapolis, MN.
Tanya blends her loves of travel and wellness in her retreats around the world including Thailand, Costa Rica, Portugal, etc. She also trains students in 235/340hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, Meditation, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Reiki. Outside of yoga, she enjoys early morning walks around Lake Harriet in Minneapolis, cooking Thai curries, hiking in National Parks, and cheering on her teenage son, River, in baseball.
Tanya was selected by Origin Magazine as one of the top 100 Yogis Changing the World in their “Powerful Leaders” issue. She is also a featured teacher on YogaInternational.com, and one of the founders of the Shakta Yoga Collective.
