biography

Yoga found me two decades ago.  Like most yogis will tell you, they chose to teach because yoga saved them, gave them the tools to step into their most authentic selves, that is my story too.  I chose to teach because I felt driven to share that which gave me myself back.

I love to assist my students in their journey to living their biggest wildest dreams.  As a physical therapy assistant I am comfortable working and adapting the physical practice for all bodies.  I also feel that the integration of all of the yoga practices will only help facilitate the joy in the journey.

Looking forward to traveling with you!

-Shayna
