biography

SARAH LONGACRE is a yoga instructor, host of the podcast Belly UP, birth doula and owner of Blooma yoga studio in Minneapolis. Sarah firmly believes that yoga is about pulling back the layers of life and connecting to your inner stories. She believes that yoga should be fun, or funny, soft and challenging and both an inner and community experience. The classes that Sarah guides are “juicy” and feminine and free-flowing…always with a long Savasana at the end. She has been teaching yoga since 2004 and practicing since 1997. When Sarah's not at a birth or teaching yoga, you'll find her walking around Lake Harriet, eating at one of her favorite Linden Hills spots, or hanging with her awesome friends and family. She loves to travel and finds such joy in learning and celebrating all that life has to give!

MEGHAN FOLEY is trained in traditional yoga therapy, as well as power vinyasa, Yin yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Mat Pilates and Prenatal & Pelvic Floor Yoga. She incorporates mudras, yogic philosophy and the balance between ease and effort into her invigorating classes, and emphasizes alignment, balance, strength and playfulness. Meghan is so grateful to be assisting students on their transformational journeys leading to greater health and happiness in spirit, mind and body. When she's not on her mat, she can be found lost in a book or cooking up a new recipe.
