So many women make their biggest decisions by looking outward, gathering opinions and deferring to others until their own voice is hard to hear. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and become clearer about what comes next.

Over three nights on the shores of Lake Superior, Rachel Jacobsen guides a small circle of women in building practical decision-making skills through slowing down, calming the nervous system, and defining healthy boundaries. Drawing on more than a decade as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Rachel creates a warm, grounded space to explore how you decide, what you need, and how to communicate those needs with compassion and honesty.

Through guided sessions, reflective work, sharing circles, and time outdoors on Wild Rice’s forest trails, you’ll connect with other amazing women who are also learning to protect their energy and trust their own inner knowing. This work meets you wherever you are, whether you’re facing a specific decision or simply ready for more clarity.

The schedule is intentionally spacious, with two full days together and time to enjoy the SaunaHaus, join Wild Rice’s daily wellness classes, and rest. The program closes Saturday evening, leaving Sunday morning open to linger over breakfast or head home at your own pace.

Your stay includes lodging, three nourishing meals each day, and access to Wild Rice’s restorative amenities and daily wellness programming.
