Description

We invite you on a journey through transformative experiences designed exclusively for women seeking personal and professional growth. We are seeking women who want to understand the significance of purpose, are poised for next level leadership, and are ready to connect with other energized women.

This is NOT your typical leadership program – we are ditching the C-suite seminar, the luncheon and conference. prouty i • will is a TOTAL immersion, transformation leadership program filled with unexpected experiential activities that encourage meaningful connections with other women leaders as you learn and grow. You will leave renewed and empowered. Truly transformed.

Igniting Self – March 3 – 6, 2024

The first journey focuses on the internal you. Reflection, mindfulness and purpose take center stage with an infusion of introspective activities. Put your perceptions to the extreme test. Stretch in ways you have not dreamed of.

Together we’ll focus on:

  • Confidence
  • Mindset
  • Whole Self and Purpose

Authentic Connections – May 12 – 15, 2024

Deepen meaningful connections. Learn how you can connect in more authentic ways that build your community and networks. Breathe in and breathe out with activities that literally give you new perspectives. Grow in your commitment to each other as you consider your big “why.”

Together we’ll focus on:

  • Connection to self
  • Connection to others
  • Connection to community

Inspired Leadership – September 15 – 18, 2024

The best is yet to come. Our final retreat is as inspired as the topics themselves. Harness your inner leadership potential as you move through activities that reveal who you are as a leader. Improve your ability to truly value others and reflect on your transformation. You will stretch outside of your comfort zone and bring everything you’ve learned into practice.

Together we’ll focus on:

  • Transformation Leadership
  • Diversity, Equity + Inclusion and Allyship

biography

Adrienne Jordan | Senior Consultant, The Prouty Project

An abundance of purpose-filled women have led, inspired, and supported Adrienne through her journey, and she is truly grateful for each of them. They have all shaped and informed her life and 20+ year career journey with multiple organizations including General Mills, Minneapolis Public Schools and the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee.

Recognizing those women’s powerful and positive force in her life, Adrienne is a strong champion for women’s empowerment, as a mentor for young girls and women, and through boards and committees of women-focused organizations such as WomenVenture, WithAll, and Play Like a Girl.

Adrienne’s hope is every woman who experiences prouty i•will connects deeply with her own uniqueness, inspires and leads others genuinely, and stretches faithfully into her purpose.

Kristin Jonason | Senior Consultant, The Prouty Project

Kristin Jonason specializes in the area of Positive Psychology, the scientific study of well-being and human flourishing. She aims to integrate elements, research, and interventions from Positive Psychology into all our client engagements to increase their individual and organizational well-being.

Prior to joining the Prouty Project, Kristin spent two years in Indianapolis working at a software company as part of the Orr Fellowship of Indiana. In addition, Kristin spent six years working with youth at Camp Olson YMCA in northern Minnesota where she wore many hats, eventually becoming assistant director. While there, she developed a deep appreciation of nature and a passion for experiential leadership development.

Kristin loves trying new things and is not afraid to stretch herself in out-of-the-box situations. She lives in Minneapolis but is always planning her next big trip. She’s been to 28 countries and counting (including Antarctica!), always seeking adventure. Three of her highlights are exploring New Zealand by campervan, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and walking part of the 500-mile Camino de Santiago as part of our 2015 Stretch Expedition. Kristin loves the outdoors, enjoys camping and hiking, and has a passion for animals (especially elephants, horses and dogs).

Kristin has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Psychology from DePauw University. Kristin is one of our Licensed Practitioners of Insights Discovery.

Samantha Harris | Consultant, The Prouty Project

Samantha brings experience coaching people in confidence and mindset. Supporting others through overcoming obstacles is something she strives to do personally and professionally. She comes to Prouty with years of experience as an improviser (performer, teacher, coach, and student) and a working professional.

Samantha believes that learning and growth is never over and seeks experiences that push and stretch her to the next level. Over the years, she had women-identifying leaders who pushed her to grow beyond what she could ever imagine. By challenging her mindset, her limited beliefs, and offering her tools to overcome obstacles herself, she was able to advance her career to the next level. Samantha has applied those tools as a leader at Capella University where she was an Academic Coach and Supervisor and then again as the Manager of Patient Experience at the University of Minnesota.

Tammy Pearson | Associate Consultant, The Prouty Project

Over the last ten years, Tammy has devoted herself to the study of theatre and creative writing. She has a vast array of teaching experience that ranges from cultivating young minds to guiding collegiate level students. Her belief that every person has the potential to learn, grow, and become better, informs her every interaction, and enables her to meet people where they are at on their life’s journey. As a true “multipotentialite”, Tammy is always trying new things and adding new skills to her vast list of hobbies and talents. She has a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking and has spent years helping others find their way both personally and professionally.

Tammy believes that the experiences and learnings that each woman takes away from their time in prouty i•will can truly transform their trajectory in life and not only pave the way for their own success, but can create ripples that also positively impact the women and girls around them.

Tammy has a Master’s in Fine Arts from Hamline University.
