I can’t wait to meet you exactly where you are.
biography
Paige earned her master’s degree in psychology, and has years of experience implementing her education in the formal psychology world with her studies of yoga. Since 2020, she has been teaching yoga in studios, schools, with sports teams, private groups, shelters, residential facilities, and more. She has certifications in trauma informed yoga, and 100 hours studying yoga for the mind. Her love of teaching has afforded her the opportunity of leading nearly a dozen yoga teacher trainings and international retreats.
