Unsure of which experience is right for you? learn more
Join Butter. for a yoga & Pilates retreat on the shores of Lake Superior.
The theme of our retreat is “Radical Reset & Rest.” We invite you to explore movement & deep self care this winter as a form of rebellion against the go-go-go we are constantly experiencing. Our goal is to flip the narrative of the winter being a dreary, isolating time through community & various forms of mindful movement. We will explore the concept of rest & play in winter, both inside & outdoors.

She is an avid traveller & believes the best way to learn about the world & oneself is through travel & cultural immersion. She grew up frequently traveling to Lake Superior to visit family & believes the area to be one of those most peaceful she’s ever known.
Julia received her 200-hour RYT at the Pilates & Yoga Loft in New Orleans & began teaching in 2018. She later expanded her expertise with her 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates certification through Power Pilates. She brings a thoughtful & dynamic approach to both yoga & Pilates.
