If you’ve been feeling like your personal progress has stalled out or hit a plateau, or maybe you just want to supercharge your progress — wherever you’re at on your journey — there’s nothing better than a Wild Dreamers Retreat experience. Consider it your safe space to heal, expand and feel loved and supported the whole way.
Creative Nourishing Soulful Meals
Their vision is to create a welcoming dining experience that nourishes the soul. The Kitchen focuses on light, pure flavors with a creative twist, while their beverage program features tonic, artisan coffee and tea, regional beers and ciders, and small production wines. Breakfast, lunch and dinner (as well as coffee, tea, juice, water, and other non-alcoholic beverages) are included during your stay*.
Vinyasa and Yin yoga and meditation with journal prompts
We’ll have private morning Vinyasa Fusion classes and evening Yin classes just for our retreat participants. This is a time to move your body in a gentle and supported way, opening your mind and heart, setting your intention for the day or honoring yourself for holding an intention you set earlier. Every evening there will also be a meditation and you will be provided optional journal prompts designed to help you dig deeper on your own to strengthen your connection to self and inspire growth on your personal journey.
Sunrise excursion and Nature Hike enjoyed together as a group
We believe that nature is a critical component to healing, so we’re going to immerse ourselves in nature in the most beautiful way! We’ll wake up early so we can catch a beautiful sunrise on Lake Superior, we will open the new day with a morning meditation and journal session, and you’ll have your own time to explore nature before we nourish our bodies with breakfast. We’ll also have a nature hike through the trails and soak in the fall air while we experience the beauty of nature turning colors and getting prepared to go dormant for the winter season. We will also have time to explore town on your own or bask in the sauna at the retreat center on our free time.

Jodi Bouchard helps people through journaling, movement and learning how to be comfortable in vulnerability, because that’s where growth happens. She wants to teach you that it’s safe to show your emotions because they are true and real.
Jodi created Wild Dreamers Retreats to provide people like you a sacred space for the support, expansion, and healing that helped her on her own progress after her spiritual awakening. Her curated retreats feature a mix of yoga, nature, ceremony, journaling and of course, a hefty dose of joy and laughter! If your growth feels stagnant or slowing, one of her retreats will jumpstart your soul.

Wild Rice Retreat offers mats, blankets, blocks and straps if you prefer not to bring your own. Chairs are also provided for guests who require them.
