Unsure of which experience is right for you? learn more

What awaits you is a transformative journey set amidst breathtaking natural beauty. In this immersive retreat, you’ll dive deep into the ancient wisdom of Yoga Nidra—exploring its roots, philosophy, and most importantly, its sincere, grounded practice. Yoga Nidra is so much more than sleep, rest, or relaxation. This is your opportunity to experience that truth for yourself.
Step into an ashram-style rhythm: awaken to the sounds of nature, begin your day in meditative silence, and move through each moment with intention. Enjoy nourishing, seasonal meals, share time with a like-minded sangha, embrace quiet reflection, and participate in practices thoughtfully grounded in yogic texts. Conversations flow naturally, community unfolds organically, and everything you need is held with care.
For three nights and four days, you’ll return again and again to the deep waters of Yoga Nidra—18 dedicated hours of practice in total. This is an ancient technology made for modern times: potent, profound, and wholly transformative.

The carefully curated schedule balances deep inner work with spaciousness for integration and rest. This isn’t just a retreat—it’s an invitation into the depths of your consciousness. Reconnect with your own rhythm surrounded by forest stillness, open skies, and the ever-present waters of Lake Superior.
I invite you to experience Yoga Nidra in the spirit of ashram life. What does that mean? It means setting aside the demands, distractions, and multitasking of everyday life to turn gently toward your inner Self.
How does it feel? It feels like being fully supported: housed in modern Scandinavian-style lodgings tucked among tall pines and red sandstone shores, nourished with organic, seasonal meals, and carried by nature as it speaks in birdsong and breeze.
I created this immersion to offer a true glimpse into the heart of Yoga Nidra—and I chose Wild Rice Retreat in Bayfield, WI as the perfect sanctuary for this experience.
Come as you are and allow everything else to soften around you.
