Class description

A restorative weekend for women at the turning of the season.

Step away from the demands of everyday life and spend a weekend devoted to rest, nourishment, connection, and renewal.

Set among the pines and shores of Lake Superior, the Replenish Retreat is an invitation to slow down and be cared for. Together, we'll move gently, make beautiful things, share nourishing meals, connect with other women, and settle into a slower rhythm.

As winter gives way to spring, we'll explore what it means to tend to both our inner and outer being. Therapist Hilary Buckwalter-Wilde and herbalist Allegra Kay will guide you through gentle practices for emotional replenishment alongside seasonal herbal self-care and rituals for tending to the body, mind, and spirit.

Through restorative yoga, guided reflection, herbal practices, creativity, and meaningful conversation, you'll have space to reconnect with yourself, receive nourishment, and listen for what wants more room in your life.

We'll also make space to consider what you want to cultivate in the spring and summer ahead. More pleasure, creativity, connection, curiosity, vitality, rest, or simply more of what makes you feel alive.

There will be plenty of unstructured time to rest, wander, read, sauna, book a massage, linger over meals, or simply enjoy the beauty of Wild Rice.
