biography

Frances Roen: Frances Roen is a Georgia girl at heart, and has been graciously adopted by beautiful, snowy Minnesota. She is a forty-something daughter, friend, mom, wife, and entrepreneur, and is always on the look-out for a perfectly fried piece of chicken.Frances is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) with nearly 20 years of experience fundraising, and has raised over $160M for nonprofits across the globe. In 2019, Frances founded Fundraising Sol in an effort to help nonprofit professionals nourish their sols through the joy, connection, and community that a healthy fundraising program can provide. When Frances isn’t fundraising, she can be found running—very, very slowly—around one of the amazing lakes in the Twin Cities or planning her family’s next adventure.

Nicole Devereaux: Nicole helps people have their most important conversations. Drawing on her training in Conversational Intelligence, Nonviolent Communication, and Restorative Circle Keeping, as well as her experience as a physical theater artist, Nicole provides creative and compassionate ways for people to connect. She has spent the last 18 months traveling with her husband, two daughters, and dog in a 32' foot motorhome - gathering stories from people across the entire country.
