Class description

Therapeutic arts are creative practices that focus not on performance, skill, or the final product but rather the process of self-discovery and how that feels.Somatic movement can release tension and help process stuck emotion, somatic vocal healing uses vibrational sound to regulate the nervous system and promote calm, expressive visual arts such as intentional collage and painting allow attendees to express emotions nonverbally.

These creative practices, combined with seeking whimsy and being mindful about how we tend, befriend, and uplift our female friends, helps build resilience and helps make for a full, meaningful, and deeply joyful life.
