Class description
This is a Wild Rice Retreat–hosted retreat, part of our thoughtfully curated programming. We proudly partner with skilled retreat leaders to bring guided experiences to our resort—designed to inspire, nourish, and support personal growth in alignment with our mission.
Slow down. Gather IN.
This fall take time to connect and HARVEST what you’ve grown in 2026.
Reflect on what you know now, and what you want to take forward into 2027. To answer the question: What is ready to be gathered and woven into my life?
As this year full of challenges, learning, and joys winds down, take stock to acknowledge your growth, integrate your lessons, and anchor into the woman you are now. In the busyness of leadership and life, we rarely pause long enough to truly take in what we’ve lived, learned, and become. This retreat creates intentional space for women to connect through guided conversations, embodied practices, and small-group dialogue. This is your time to speak your truth, hear your own wisdom reflected back to you, and see that you are not carrying anything alone. There is something powerful about being seen in a season of integration — about naming what has shaped you and allowing it to land in community.
You will leave feeling steady, clear, and deeply rooted in yourself — not because you’ve added something new, instead because you’ve gathered and claimed what was already yours.
Retreat leaders Dr. Caroline Cochran, Certified Presence-Based Leadership Coach and Industrial and Organizational Psychologist and Ahndi Fridell, Certified Yoga Instructor will create space for deep nurturing and connection to yourself and other women. Come and discover what you are growing toward. This is how you create the life you want! The retreat includes practices and experiences such as reflective writing, meditation, nature walks and restorative yoga.
Testimonials:
“This retreat was transformative for me! Caroline and Ahndi created an experience that truly impacted my life. The community that was created, the assembly of women that shared similar personal goals, allowed us all to share in a vulnerable way that touched on so many aspects in our lives. It's made a lasting impact on my life and my relationships with others. My response to situations has changed positively, my relationships have grown, and my priorities are realigned.”
“The retreat had a profound impact on me - it helped me think about things more deeply, allowing me to work through some long standing challenges and seeing situations with a different perspective. It allowed me to get back to "me" - recentering on what I need, what I want and driving clarity on how I can keep that focus.”

Ahndi Fridell
Founder, Ahndi Fridell Yoga
Ahndi is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher along with many additional hours of continuing education. Her favorite style of yoga to teach and practice is the one she is actively doing! Her yoga practice has taught Ahndi to be aware when she is struggling against forces that are out of her control and rather than wishing for change, to appreciate and make the most of the life she is creating. As a teacher in group and private yoga classes, she's helped individuals and organizations take dedicated time for themselves and create space for the pursuit of the truest self. In Ahndi's career as a Financial Advisor, her role as a yoga teacher, and life as a mom who has recently transitioned children to college, she stays focused on helping people get clear on what is uniquely important to them so they can intentionally make choices in line with their values. Through PAUSE, she hopes to create space for women who are navigating their own transitions to experience the shift into their power to create their biggest, best, fullest lives.
