biography
Casey is a 500-hour ERYT with over 25 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching. She is also a certified Teacher of Presence, bringing a deep focus on awareness, authenticity, and living fully in the moment. Her teaching style is soulful, playful, and deeply rooted in presence – blending breath, movement, and attention to create an experience that is both grounding and empowering.
Casey brings a natural ability to hold space that feels engaging, intuitive and real. She teaches in a way that invites people to reconnect – to their breath, their body, and the steady place within themselves. Her work is about creating space for others to feel strong, embodied, and present in their lives. Her retreats are intentionally intimate, offering a thoughtful balance of movement, stillness, and connection – an opportunity to step away from the noise and dedicate time to what matters most. You!
