Join Cami Smalley, professional wellness coach, for a weekend retreat to experience the Mindful Pause approach to well-being and resilience. 

In this weekend retreat, participants will experience the Mindful Pause approach to well-being and resilience. Cami will guide participants through creating a personal wellness plan, facilitate self-reflection and group coaching sessions, and guide mind-body practices including yoga, meditation, and guided imagery. 

Additionally, there will be free time to explore the amenities of the Wild Rice Retreat and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.
