Class description
We are constantly bombarded with messages to earn, do, be, etc., yet the more we do, the worse we feel. We’re tired but wired, need caffeine to make it through the day, are busy and stressed and as we do more, we make less time for ourselves. But we are human beings, not human doings.
In this three-day retreat, we will teach you to say YES to yourself and help balance your energy during this busy time of year. But not only does this apply to the holidays - what you will learn can be brought with you throughout the year to feel more fulfilled and move through your life with intention and presence. All while doing less!
Audrey will introduce you to several types of meditation to find one that resonates with you and teach you to connect with your breath for both deep relaxation and uplifting invigoration. Bri will immerse you into several practices you can use to naturally relax and unwind at the end of the day, or whenever you need a break. She will also teach you to increase energy through practices including aromatherapy, breathwork, cold therapy, and movement. Nervous system regulation will be introduced by Bri to help you understand your body well enough to make informed decisions in a variety of situations.
