When it comes to nourishing ourselves, we all eat, consume, and spend energy every day. Yet do you really know what works best for your individual needs?
Join Brandyn to learn about the benefits of an integrative, mindful & functional approach to your well being. Your time together will revitalize your mental, spiritual and physical health.

biography
A native of Southern Indiana, Brandyn relocated to Minnesota in 2006 to expand her luxury real estate company. Her life quickly shifted when she had a kidney transplant. Her conscious choice to leave the real estate industry evolved into a passion for her own personal well being. As a result, she dove into the yoga, wellness, and executive coaching industry. She has created, supported, and lead thousands of people to live their “yes” life.
