biography
Bethany, retreat leader, was inspired by the Celtic Goddess Brigid and Saint Brigid. This archetype is known for her healing abilities, protection, and abundance in the eyes of a fertile Spring. Bethany chose the retreat dates at a time Brigid is honored and we also honor the halfway point between Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. We will be experiencing a day of silence and reawakening ourselves as winter awakens for Spring. Bethany's intention is to cultivate space for each to feel deeply connected and nourished by their intuition and higher self. The second half of the retreat will be the return of our own inner fire and divine will to go forth and create.
About Bethany, she is a reiki teacher/master, Akashic Records Reader, Kundalini Yoga teacher, Mother and in many ways a speaker for the subtle energies surrounding the being. Can read more about me on my website and blog.
Supply List
Warm winter gear for being outside such as: snow pants, winter jacket, hat, mittens, gloves, snowboots, and snowshoes if you have. Bring cozy, comfortable clothing that allows movement, any project or book you wish to enjoy as you invite silence in. This is a beautiful opportunity to give space to craft, journal, plan, organize or just read a book. Be sure to bring those projects with. Winter invites us to slow down. (Don’t worry more details will be given after booking)
