Join Becky Diver and Melissa Hoeft for a rejuvenating weekend retreat designed to bring calm and clarity to your mind and heart. Through intentional daily mindfulness practices and guided activities, we will create space to release what no longer serves us and to welcome what we wish to invite into our lives—honoring who we are and where we are in this present moment.

We’ll begin our weekend together by gathering for a sacred Fire Ceremony, setting our intention for our time together. As we gather around the fire, we’ll reflect on what we need or want to release and what we want to welcome in.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided into a calm, grounding atmosphere that gently supports the release of anxiety and overwhelm. Each day we’ll gather for Energy Medicine Yoga—an accessible, deeply nourishing practice that blends gentle movement, breathwork, and energy-balancing techniques to restore vitality and inner harmony. Meditation sessions will invite stillness and clarity, helping you settle your nervous system and cultivate a steady sense of peace. Sound healing sessions to help release stagnant energy, reset our nervous system, rest deeply, and release stuck emotions.

We’ll gather for a mala making workshop–a mindful, hands-on experience stringing a sacred 108 bead necklace used during meditation practice. As you create your mala bead by bead, the process itself becomes a meditation, an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and infuse each bead and knot with purpose. By the end of our time together, you'll leave not only with a handmade mala, but with a tangible reminder of your commitment to growth, healing, and inner clarity.

Ample time in nature is woven into the retreat experience. Whether walking wooded trails, sitting by the water’s edge, or simply breathing in the crisp Lake Superior air, you’ll have space to reconnect with the natural world and your own inner landscape. Guided journaling sessions will offer opportunities for reflection and insight, helping you rediscover inspiration, awaken creativity, and reconnect with joy.

This weekend is an invitation to step away from the noise of daily life and return to yourself—grounded, centered, and uplifted. Come as you are, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and re-inspired by the quiet magic of the Northwoods.

Melissa Hoeft

After many years in social services caring for others, Melissa felt called to make transformative changes in her life. Inspired by her father‑in‑law’s motto—“Make Memories, No Regrets”—she embarked on a 3,000‑mile adventure to Alaska’s Brooks Range, crossing the Arctic Circle and immersing herself in yoga teacher training at Arctic Hive. Surrounded by untouched wilderness and a supportive community, the experience deeply shaped her path and ultimately led her to become the owner of Yoga Hive Wisconsin.

Following a period of profound personal loss, Melissa chose growth once again—earning her massage therapy license and opening her own practice. Her love of travel and one‑of‑a‑kind experiences fuels her passion for creating welcoming, transformative spaces where others can explore their own inner landscapes.

She is a 200‑hour certified yoga instructor with additional training in Energy Medicine Yoga and Aerial Yoga.
