Class Description Content:

ASCENT builds experiences for people who take their growth seriously. Through retreats, peer groups, and community experiences, we create the conditions for the kind of thinking and conversation that’s hard to find in everyday life.

Most of us are good at moving forward swiftly. We’re less good at stopping to ask whether we’re moving toward the right things.

Meetings. Decisions. Deliverables. Expectations. Repeat.

The thinking that actually changes things — the honest reflection, the true clarity, the hard decisions — rarely happens inside the pace of a normal day. It requires a different kind of space.

Recalibration is that space.

Hosted at the award-winning Wild Rice Retreat on the shores of Lake Superior, September 27–October 1, 2026, this immersive four-night experience invites participants to unplug from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most.

The Recalibration Retreat is built around four elements — each one woven into the experience:

  • WELLNESS — Movement, mindfulness, and recovery practices that leave you feeling like yourself again.
  • ADVENTURE — Time outdoors on Lake Superior — adventuring, exploring, breathing. The kind of aliveness felt when you unplug and experience something new and a bit challenging.
  • CONNECTION — Small-group conversation with people who are genuinely doing the work. The kind of connection you don’t stumble into accidentally.
  • PURSUIT — Reflection and visioning that moves you from vague intention to real commitment. You’ll leave knowing what you’re going back to do.

Throughout the retreat, participants can expect:

  • Guided reflection and visioning exercises
  • Wellness practices including movement, mindfulness, and recovery
  • Time in nature for both adventure and solitude
  • Thought-provoking workshops and facilitated discussions
  • Meaningful small-group conversations
  • Chef-crafted, nourishing meals
  • Spacious time for rest, thinking, reading, and integration

You’ll leave restored and clear. But more than that, you’ll leave ready. With the focus, the confidence, and the energy to return to your life as the version of yourself you know is in there.

Investment includes four nights of lodging, all meals, programming, and facilitation.
