OOO Retreat is a 3-day creative business retreat designed for women entrepreneurs who have built something they’re proud of—but are ready to slow down, take a step back, and get intentional about the next season.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in the day-to-day, questioning what needs to change, or simply craving a fresh perspective, this retreat was created for you.
- Mastermind -
Small-group conversations designed to help you think bigger, work through challenges, and gain perspective from other creative business owners. Come ready to share what you’re working through, ask questions, and learn from the experiences of the women around you. - Hot Seats -
Bring a specific challenge, idea, or decision you’ve been stuck on and get focused feedback from the group. Hot seats are an opportunity to get outside perspective, uncover blind spots, and leave with new ideas you can actually put into action. - Vision + Goal Setting -
Step out of the day-to-day and get intentional about where you’re going next. You’ll reflect on what you want your business and life to look like, identify what matters most, and turn that vision into meaningful goals for the season ahead. - Coaching with Ali + Halle -
Have a question you’ve been sitting on? A business decision you’re unsure about? Something you just want to talk through? There will be plenty of organic opportunities throughout the retreat to connect with Ali and Halle, ask questions, and get their perspective based on their experience building creative businesses. - Yoga -
An optional yoga session is included in your retreat experience. Come move, stretch, breathe, and reset—or sleep in and enjoy the morning however you need it.
The goal isn’t to have our time packed with back-to-back sessions or another retreat where you leave with a giant list of things you "should" be doing. It’s intentional time and space to pause, reflect, have meaningful conversations, and make decisions from a clearer place.
You'll leave with a clearer direction for your business, renewed energy and purpose, tangible ideas and next steps, and a supportive community to carry with you long after the retreat ends.
OOO Retreat is for you if you're a photographer, creative, or small business owner who is somewhere between "I know I need something to change" and "I'm not quite sure what that something is yet."
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to step away long enough to hear yourself think.
biography
Halle Heather and Ali Leigh are wedding photographers, educators, and business owners who have spent more than a decade building creative businesses of their own. Together, they bring years of experience in photography, coaching, education, community building, and team leadership.
Both Halle and Ali are passionate about creating spaces where women can be honest about where they are, feel supported by others who understand, and leave with more clarity and confidence than they arrived with.
Ali is the founder of The Aligned Creative, an online community for creative entrepreneurs, and is known for her expertise in team building, leadership, and community.
Halle is a strategic, business-minded coach with an MBA who hosts the Take Your Shot Podcast podcast and creates education designed to help creative business owners build businesses that support the life they actually want to live.
OOO Retreat was born from their shared belief that you don't always need to work harder or completely reinvent your business. You ou sometimes just need the space, perspective, and right people around you to figure out what comes next.

- A good book, journal, or anything else that helps you unwind
And most importantly: come as you are. You don't need to have your business figured out, prepare a presentation, or bring anything fancy. Come ready to step away, think differently, have honest conversations, and enjoy three days of being taken care of.
