Although all body movement involves the core, a focus on the core as a whole torso that integrates the limbs can be freeing and empowering. Blending Pilates, yoga and creative movement, this all levels class is for everyone. No yoga or Pilates experience required. Drop-ins are welcome!
Jenny has been teaching yoga since 2001. She has been offering this ever-evolving core class for more than a decade.
