biography

Patricia Yusefzdeh is Founder of Eat Well Repeat & Master Nutrition Therapist

I fell in love with nutrition when I realized that food has the power to heal. It’s time to learn how to feed ourselves and our families better - we need to say no to companies that profit from processed and pesticide-laden food. We need to vote with our dollars and support animal welfare - animals should be sustainably and ethically raised, not in filthy cages eating the wrong diet. The one billion pounds of pesticides that are sprayed into our environment are ruining the bacteria that should reside in our soil and our gut.  I will guide you on what foods to purchase to keep you and your family as healthy as possible.

I am family-oriented, an animal-rights advocate, lover of nature, dogs and whole foods. Originally from Venezuela, I love traveling with my family and learning about other cultures and their traditions.

Through one-on-one custom nutrition consulting, I like to empower you and your families to restore your health. I’m here to hold your hand through it all and to help you fit healing into your life.

Renee Evenstad is the Retreat Assistant and Co-Coordinator.
