Finding Your Balance Yoga

Taught by Heidi Zimmer, a Finding Your Balance Yoga is a yoga workshop focused on grounding and stability for better balance and making graceful transitions both on and off your mat. We will spend time in physical asana practice, a short guided meditation, followed by coffee/tea, a healthy snack and a fun discussion.

Some yoga experience recommended, but not required.
