Women's Wellness Retreat

Women from all walks of life, various ages, and diverse life experiences will gather to explore our wellness vision.  This weekend holds space for possibility. The possibility that we can each nurse our life to being grounded in good self-care, growing a positive mind, and gifted with resources to support our wellbeing. Join me if you want 

·       to learn self-care practices that refresh, restore, and heal

·       to learn strategies to grow a positive mind and positive relationships

·       to restore work/life balance 

·       to begin a yoga or meditation practice

We gather to support and nurture one another in the temple of the woods that surround us and within our own sacred bodies to transform ourselves in body, mind, and spirit. Retreat to include yoga, meditation, and NurseLife Resilience Training curriculum including HeartMath technology.
