Chris Coverdale, Yoga Teacher - Chris started her fitness journey in her 20s as an aerobic instructor teaching various aspects of group fitness. A Chicago transplant, Chris left her corporate job in Minneapolis to become a full-time pilates instructor. In 2010, she completed teacher training at both CorePower and the Yoga Center in Minneapolis. An avid biker, Chris recognizes the balance yoga brings to her workout and loves using yoga as a post-workout refresh.
