Learn the basics of Shamatha or Calm Abiding Meditation

6 - 6:30pm: Introduction to Meditation

6:30 - 7pm: Guided Loving Kindness Meditation, or Metta. Learn how to cultivate Loving Kindness for your self and for others.

Both Sessions are open to brand new beginners as well as those looking to deepen and expand their practice.

These are donation-based classes - give what you can.

This is a one-time offering, though ongoing meditation classes may be added into the fall.
