Working into your yoga practice is a slow journey from the internal to the external. In this 5 week series we focus on cultivating our own “right effort” to discover a balance between effort and ease. We begin with quiet meditation and spend time working through subtle body work on the floor, progressing into more strengthening through standing asana and inversions. Don’t be scared of that word! Inversions are done for ALL levels! Finish the class with quiet savasana to settle into the feelings of your practice. This is a ALL levels class, modifications and props are used regularly to effectively learn the alignment needed for where your body is!
